A duplicate of a certificate

Purchase or reservation requires Suomi.fi e-Identification to verify your identity and ensure secure transactions.

If your personal information has changed (first names and social security number), you can order and pay for a duplicate of your certificate here.

The delivery time for a duplicate certificate is approximately 2 weeks. During holidays and school application periods, delivery time may be longer. We do not translate certificates into other languages. The certificate will not be delivered until payment has been made.

Kainuu Vocational College cannot guarantee that the ordered certificate will be suitable for the orderer’s intented purpose or that the certificate will be delivered within a certain time limit.

Once the order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled and the payment will not be refunded.

Please note:

Those who have graduated from vocational education in 2018 or later can share their transcript of study records through Studyinfo free of charge.

You can request certificate copies from 31 July 1996 and older ones from the National Archives of Oulu.
