A certified copy of a paper certificate

Purchase or reservation requires Suomi.fi e-Identification to verify your identity and ensure secure transactions.

If you need a certified copy of your diploma and your transcript of records that you have received in paper form, you can order and pay for the certified copy here.

The delivery time for the certified copy of a certificate is approximately 2 weeks. During holidays and school application periods, delivery time may be longer. We do not translate certificates into other languages. The certificate will not be delivered until the payment has been made.

Kainuu Vocational College cannot guarantee that the ordered certificate will be suitable for the orderer’s intented purpose or that the certificate will be delivered within a certain time limit.

Once the order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled and the payment will not be refunded.

Please note:

Those who have graduated from vocational education in 2018 or later can share their transcript of study records through Studyinfo free of charge.

You can request copies of certificates from 31 July 1996 and older ones from the Oulu National Archives.
