If you want to use the coffee machine, please bring your own coffee, filters and cups etc.

Instructions for the person reserving the conference room and all facilities

The reservation is personal. The booker is responsible for ensuring that the facilities are used in accordance with their intended use. Remember to clean up after yourself and leave the facilities you use in a clean condition for the next guest. When leaving, make sure that the door is locked and the lights are turned off. You can access the premises no earlier than 15 minutes before the start of the reservation. Please note this when booking. After booking, you will receive a booking confirmation with a door opening button for the Business Konttori's front door.

First, select the day to be reserved from the calendar. Then select the start time of the reservation. The system automatically suggests a duration of one hour, but you can change the end time as desired by selecting the reservation end time. Fill in the required fields to finalize the reservation.
