Bird Hunting Permit:

Day permit for forest grouse and waterfowl includes one (1) bird (capercaillie, black grouse, hazel grouse, willow ptarmigan, or waterfowl). The bird hunting permit also entitles the holder to hunt wood pigeons. 

This also includes the right to hunt small game and small predators as outlined in the small game permit, as well as the trapping of unprotected animals and harmful invasive species.

Those aged under 15 may hunt small game without a personal permit as part of the game quota of a permit holder aged over 18 who has a licence to possess a firearm. The hunter aged under 15 must also be under this person's immediate supervision.
